Inspired by vipassana meditation, during this body scan meditation we will explore from head to toes the sensations that you experience at each moment. Experiencing the “now” on the skin level. Sharpening our mind and focus, and deepening our willpower while staying plugged into the present moment.
Step in the sensations, all those feelings, tingling, warmness, numbness… happening at each second while we experience life. Start the journey inside, learning about yourself, understanding yourself a little more every day from the inside.
When you bring awareness to the sensations you experience, you have no choice but stay focused on each sensation at this exact moment, Pure experience of the “now” at the body level.
Once you know this exercise, you will be able to practice it on your own at your own time and space!
