Grounding ourselves helps to come back to our body, to quiet our mind and fully experience the present moment.


The first step to take when we want to quieten our mind is to become silent, then grounding comes, less thoughts, less thinking and more presence while we focus on our breath.

Flo will guide you through a deeper connection between your mind and body, between your body and the Earth that supports us. As our bodies are made of the food that grows on Earth, we are particles of the Earth and will return to it. Reminding ourself that we belong to the Earth is being humble and balanced, respecting ourself and our environment.
