Mindful Creative Hearts offers :
– individual and group art therapy sessions (in person and online)
– thematic workshops (in person and online)
We also developed a movement-based Awareness workshop using Circus skills, Martial arts, Ninja parcourt, breathing and assana exercises. (in person only)
We developed a meditation course for beginners and intermediate level. The aim is to give you tools and a panel of different meditation techniques to guide you through your inner journey. (for teenagers and adults)
We are finishing a kid course with art and guided meditation videos by our founder Julie Tucker. Keep posted to know when it will be released!
